**AskmyGP changes starting on Monday 29th January**

Following the adaption of our new system we will be making the following changes starting from Monday 29th January 2024 to ensure each request is dealt with by the most appropriate person and to make sure you are informed who that will be and when you are likely to hear from them.

If you would like to speak to a clinician, you will have the option to complete a form for your request to be dealt with “Same day (urgent)” or “within 1-3 days (non-urgent)” (excluding weekends and bank holidays) according to how urgent you feel it is.

If you would like to speak to a specific clinician, please indicate that in the form, but please be aware that due to staff availability we may not be able to accommodate this request within the above timeframe, we will indicate the expected wait for your specific clinician when you message us.
If your situation changes and you feel you need to be contacted sooner, then please get back in touch and your request will be reprioritised.

“Consult a clinician” requests can be submitted between 7.30am and 3.00pm Monday to Friday. Outside these hours or in the event of an emergency please contact 111 or 999.

Any other type of request can be submitted at any time. Please note that the practice will be closed on bank holidays.
