On 5th January 2023 Somerset Integrated Care System asked you to provide feedback by responding to a questionnaire ‘Help shape Somerset’s health and care strategy & plans – what matters most to you?’.
After listening to the public and our stakeholders, we have updated our survey to ‘Building a Healthier Somerset Together’ and have made it easier for the public and others, to understand and complete, by reducing the number of questions and clearly linking the questions to the five key aims for health and care in Somerset.
In Somerset the way we deliver health and care is changing. Public services are working together to plan and buy health and care services.
